ABOUT
Stop-motion short film. Pitica is a small girl that lives alone in an old war tank. While preparing a sandwich, she realizes there is an ingredient missing: a tomato. Then, she adventures into a dangerous forest in search of the fruit, without a clue of what awaits her.

Pitica and the Perfect Sandwich was a short film made for our Stop-Motion class during the 5th term of our Film and Animation major. The idea came from an old concept of Lucca Vendramel's, of a little girl eating a sandwich listening to 60's rock in her radio in front of her house, an abandoned war tank after the apocalypse.
It was a project that I, Babi Astolfi, Ju Hogata, Larissa Penna, and Lucca made unpretentiously but with much care and joy, winning over the hearts of many people, encouraging us to distribute the film as soon we wrapped production. Our debut in festivals, Pitica has traveled all over the world, bringing her message about friendship and our learning about stop-motion.
